Exchanges + Repairs
All products are come with a one year guaranteed that covers "parts/materials and handiwork” – beyond this deadline, an estimated cost of repair will be agreed with the customer. Beyond the warranty period, a customer will be billed with the cost of repair once acceptance of the estimate has been formally recognized. No repairs will be undertaken prior to acceptance of the estimate and agreed costs for repair have been received.
Customers are liable for the cost of sending items for repair, but return postage of said items, once they have been repaired, is covered by Little Lucia

If the quoted prices of the items selected for exchange have a value exceeding the value of the items being returned, the customer will be required to settle the difference in accordance with the current ‘General Conditions of Sale’.
